Okay, I am going to use the excuse "we haven't really had a yard" for not teaching Abra general ball skills. Since we have moved here, we practice kicking the rubber soccer ball and now, we have started practicing soft ball skills. She still has to wait another year or two before she can play tee-ball, but have been practicing and it has been fun!! After she got bored, Rich and I just tossed the ball around, I think that my dad's glove is near retirement, but it has gone through him, my mom, me and my brother!! It still works for what i need it for, but it would be super cool to be on a non-competetive league. Let's face it, I suck!
She can play t-ball next year, they only have to be 5 by practice time :) Hayden is literally the biggest kid there, but T-ball is so much easier to learn than baseball, so he gets a year of it :D
